Why should you become Plant Based?

There are tons of reasons on why you should become Plant Based. Some of the major benefits of becoming Plant Based are:

- Decreases & can cure cancer
- Can cure any STDs (if done properly)
- Energy booster
- Easy & fast weight loss
- Mental clarity
- Better hygiene

My story

Before I became a plant based yogini in 2013 I used to wake up all the time crying over the life I was living. So unhappy and unfulfilled with myself. Not even knowing that the way I was feeling was due to the foods I was feeding my mind, body, and spirit. Because, the life I was living was not that bad to where I should've been crying every morning. Once I let go of eating meat and processed foods I began to see things more clearer, my life began to flow peacefully, and I began to focus more on self love and the love around me.
Did you know?
When we eat meat, that meat is animal flesh .. dead animal flesh. That animal went through pain and suffering just for our own consumption. When we eat that dead animal flesh we are with taking in that negative energy that was left behind from the trauma we put that animal through. In which is why most of us feel the way we do at times. Sick, fearful, lethargic, tired, sad, angry, etc. Energy is contagious.

Why I created this 30 day Plant Based meal plan?
A lot of my clients, family, friends and people have been asking me what are some of the foods that I eat and some of the things that I do, to help keep my skin clear and my body; nice, lean and fit. I created this 30 day Plant Based Meal Plan for those of you who've been asking me questions and for those of you to whom need a little bit more guidance into creating a better, healthier lifestyle for the mind, body, and spirit. Everyday is a beautiful day to rejuvenate with lively foods and water. Ive been noticing a lot lately, that people have been complaining about how tired and lethargic their bodies are always feeling. Its only because of what they are consuming into their bodies.
Eat to live NOT Live to eat
Our loved ones are getting extremely sick and dying without doctors even knowing an exact reason why. THIS IS WHY I strive to heal myself and as I heal myself I heal my surroundings .... I heal you ... as eye n eye, self. This is WHY I promote YOGA ... this is WHY I created my Plant Based Meal Plan. We MUST rise above what we’ve become programmed into. We MUST take care of ourselves because NO ONE else will but ourselves. We MUST Eat to Live & not Live to Eat ... not just what we intake through our bodies BUT also what we intake mentally and spiritually
