Immersing the body in hot water all the way up to your neck is a form of exercise for your blood vessels and heart. This is because water creates physical pressure on the body. So while we are in water ( especially hot ) the heart works faster and stronger.
Taking hot baths are also a form of meditation; helping one to release and cleanse away all negativity. Especially when including extra goods into the water to help elevate the tranquil feels.

- First you're going to want to boil some hot water, and fill your tub up with hot water
- Once water has boiled, place herbs within the water
- If you do not have a herb bag, or herb catcher thats okay !
- Feel free to place your herbs in a sock (be sure the sock is inclosed)
- Allow herbs to infuse within the boiled water for about 3 minutes
- Now you're ready to dump your infused Herbal Blend into your bath
- Be sure the water in your bath is hot, if not you will not get the same affects.
- Feel free to sprinkle in some individual pieces of your Herb blend - Place some of your sacred items around your bath to create a mystic feel.
- Poor a glass of red wine
